about

On Auditory Colors, Benjamin Finger blends dreamy synth compositions, piano, guitar, electronic devices, field recordings and ghostly vocals throughout 11 tracks.

Synesthesia is a sensorial-perceptive phenomenon in which certain stimuli evoke sensations of a different nature from that normally experienced: it is possible, for example, to "see" a sound or "feel" a color. For example, a person who has synesthesia can hear sounds while simultaneously seeing colored lights or numbers projected into the surrounding space. As a result, music becomes an experience that is not only auditory but also visual, while certain words can be endowed with a flavor and letters and numbers are always associated with certain colors. With these concepts Benjamin Finger composed the album Auditory Colors thus creating a kaleidoscopic album where sounds and colors give the listener a unique and personal sensory experience. An album to listen to in total connection with your soul.
